Albay Association of the Deaf (AAD), Inc.
The Signs of Change Learning Center operates under the Albay Association of the Deaf (AAD), Inc. AAD plays a vital role and is our principal partner. It is through this association that our Deaf students have the opportunity to meet accomplished Deaf adult role models and gain confidence in their sign language skills. They also participate in a number of events hosted by the association, such as game days at the center and the annual AAD Deaf Christmas party.
AAD also has a small livelihood project selling handmade bags produced by a local Deaf sewer. A portion of the proceeds go towards running the learning center. To learn more about this project, go to /our-products-handmade-bags.html
AAD, Inc. was established in June, 2011 and has been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since October 2011.
